Not far from the hotel is the historic town of Desenzano (3 km), with medieval quarter, lovely 18th-century cathedral and the remains of an impressive Roman villa. The small town of Sirmione (6 km) has a spectacular castle called Rocca Scaligera and is home to the famous Grotte di Catullo. Also worth a visit, a few kilometers further to the north, are the Salò Cathedral (23 km) and the Vittoriale degli Italiani di Gardone Riviera (28 km). To the west is the Casa del Podestà di Lonato (10 km). The Hotel is also an excellent base to visit the nearby cities of Brescia (36 km), Verona (39 km) and Mantua (63 km).

There are many parks in the Lake Garda area for all types of fun: Gardaland, the largest amusement park in Northern Italy (17 km), Caneva World theme park (23 km), the safari zoo Parco Natura Viva (31 km and the naturalistic beauty of Parco Giardino Sigurtà (23 km). A short distance from the hotel Desenzano there are several golf courses and - for thrill-seekers - the adventure park Jungle Adventure (43 km) and the go-kart circuit South Garda Karting (10 km).
